Rain or Shine the 7th Annual Plane Pull Challenge was unstopable. The event which was MC'd by Stuntman Stu had 34 teams pulling a A320 Aircraft by rope on the Airport's tarmac. Each competiting team paid 1,000 dollars to enter with the money raised going to charity. Beer tents and massages were available on the ground for those participating in the event. Special appearances were made by the Bacon Tree Band and Sparty the Cat. The annual event raised 70,000 for Project Clear Skies and the Sens Foundation charities. First place in the Plane Pull Challenge went to Westway Taxi's team the Road Runners who clocked in their pull at 4.2 seconds setting an all time record. Pulling in Second place was Triple K Transport who clocked in a time of 4.6 seconds. Third place went to Cite Collegiale at 4.74 seconds. After raising 70,000 for Project Clear Skies and the Sens Foundation charities all the teams were winners.
